Here are answers to our most frequently asked questions:

TAX and SHIPPING - As soon as you enter your address and choose your shipping method, we can tell you what the shipping charges and tax will be (if any), BEFORE you place your order. Unlike some other merchants, there are no "hidden" charges that you find out about later...what you see is what you pay! By law, we have to add sales tax to all orders shipped to California addresses (sorry about that), but for everyone else orders are tax free. Shipping charges (if any) will be automatically calculated, and shown to you before you place your order, based on your shipping address and the shipping method you choose. Please fill in your address information on the order form, and click the "Continue" button to see the grand total. At that point, you can either enter your credit card information and continue, or you can cancel the order. No surprises!

RETURNS - We have an incredible commitment to quality, so if we ever ship a defective item to you, we will make it right! We will either exchange it for the same item or refund the purchase price, at our discretion, as long as the defective item is returned to us within 15 days in good condition. Please note that some music products may contain objectionable lyrics, or display a lack of talent on the part of the recording artist, neither of which we can take reponsibility for, so aside from defective items, all sales are final, and shipping and handling charges are not refundable. CREDIT CARD CHARGES - Unlike some merchants which charge your card right away and then don't ship for a long time, we don't charge your credit card until we actually ship the items you ordered. That way, if the item doesn't ship, it's our problem, not your problem.

QUANTITIES - To ensure that we have enough stock for everyone, we reserve the right to limit any customer's purchases, at our sole discretion. If you are a dealer or retailer please contact us to set up a Power Account.
